3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our consultation relies on compiling regulatory updates, official criteria, and historic success rates. However, GBEC cannot guarantee and does not warrant:

• Visa or immigration approvals by the immigration department.
• Admission confirmations from third-party educational institutions.
• Company registration confirmations from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or Labuan FSA.
• Corporate bank account approvals from commercial banking compliance officers.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of consultations, clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete documentation at all times.
• Submitting required items within specified timelines to prevent delays or expiration.
• Independently reviewing and validating details when critical business actions are concerned.
• Accepting full responsibility for choices made based on consultation recommendations.

5. Fees & Payments

Our advisory structures operate on transparent billing schedules:

• Consultancy fees and retainer deposits are mutually agreed upon in writing before formal engagement.
• Fees paid are for advisory hours, material coordination, and document review. They are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your separate service contract.
• GBEC holds no liability for business losses, registration fees, or processing charges paid to third-party institutions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, layouts, branding assets, logos, and custom graphics rendered on this website are protected under copyright and trademark laws of Malaysia and are the property of GBEC. Reusing or distributing any elements without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, GBEC, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:
